Energy Management
We envisage that our Energy Policy, one of our most fundamental elements, will be designed in line with the goals of combating climate change and sustainable economy.
In this context;
The rate of achievement of targets through efforts to reduce natural resource consumption is monitored numerically and reductions in electricity, water, diesel fuel and LNG consumption are determined.
All rooms are equipped with systems that disable the heating/cooling devices in case the balcony door is opened.
Energy-saving light bulbs and LED lights are used in our hotel.
Light bulbs in public areas that are vacant for certain periods of time are motion-sensitized and the light is turned off when not in use. Sensors are used for lighting in toilets in common areas, corridors, staff areas and ground floors.
Our employees have been made aware that the curtains should be closed when the guests are not in the room.
Our building ventilation system uses frequency inverters and timers that provide significant energy savings.
Newly purchased devices (air conditioners and TVs) were obtained from environmentally friendly devices that consume less energy.
This reduced the energy consumption of the devices.
Regular cleaning of the condensers of refrigerators, cold stores, deep freezers and ice machines is carried out to control energy losses due to blockages.
Periodic maintenance and cleaning of gas-fired cookers is carried out to prevent excessive gas consumption due to clogging and deterioration of gas settings.
Cabinet and oven door seals are periodically checked to prevent heat loss and old ones are replaced with new ones.
Hotel exterior lighting is under control with timer.
Water Management
Our pool employees are trained on the backwash procedure and the backwash procedure is posted in the pool machine room.
Our water tank is maintained every winter and water leaks are prevented.
All toilet cisterns are separated by a dual water tank
By using photocell faucets in the washbasins of the guest toilets, water losses caused by unnecessary flowing or being left on have been prevented. Sinks without sensors have been included in the replacement plan in the 2023-2024 winter plan.
Our staff are regularly trained on water conservation and reporting possible water leaks.
With the garden irrigation plan, irrigation was carried out after the daylight lost its effect, contributing to the prevention of water losses.
Water consumption is continuously monitored and recorded. The data obtained from this monitoring is recorded daily, monthly and annually and reported to the senior management.
Chemical Management
Cleaning and disinfection chemicals used in the facility are stored in different areas according to the departments and the responsibility of the warehouses belongs to the departments.
Dosing pumps are used in many places to prevent unnecessary use of chemicals.
Waste Management

With the support of both our employees and our guests, we sort the waste into paper, plastic, metal, glass and recycle it into nature.
In order to minimize the damage to the environment, we try to reduce the factors that will cause hazardous waste generation and reduce our solid waste production by using large packaging.
Hazardous wastes are accumulated in the hazardous waste storage and delivered to the licensed hazardous waste transportation company.
In order to reduce our paper consumption, we conduct our internal and external correspondence and information transfer via e-mail.
In order to reduce paper consumption, we also use an application service of our hotel for tracking the requests of our guests and malfunctions in the rooms, guest surveys, notification of activities within the hotel, SPA brochure and a la carte menus.
